지난 19일 전북치대 강당에서 열린 제53차 대한구강악안면병리학회(회장 洪森杓) 봄학술대회가 성료됐다. 회원 등 약 50여명이 참석한 이번 학술대회에서는 전북치대 趙南杓(조남표) 교수의 「PAX 유전자와 기관발생(PAX genes and organogenesis)」 특강이 펼쳐졌고 「Expression of bcl-2 gene family in multistage carcinogenesis of oral mucosa」 「Detection of Epstein Barr virus DNA by the polymerase chain reaction in oral cancer」 「비인두 암종에서 Epstein-Barr virus 감염과 p53 유전자 변이의 관계」 「Postoperative maxillary cyst : review of 70 cases」 「Odontogenic Keratocyst : Review of two hundred and fifty six cases with respect to recurrence and clinicopathologic parameters」 「구강 편평세포암종에서의 p53 과발현, p53 돌연변이와 증식지수와의 상관관계」 등 논문발표 및 증례보고가 있었다. <송유리 기자>
