19세 남자환자
Problem lists
1. Long lower face
2. Vertical maxillary excess
3. Paranasal depression
4. Upper lip protrusion
5. Chin protrusion
6. Chin asymmetry
7. Occlusal canting and Yawing of maxilla

Surgery
1. Maxilla :
1) Differential vertical maxillary impaction (increasing occlusal plane)
: anterior impaction 2.5mm (at U1), posterior impaction 5mm (at U6)
2) Setback : 2mm
3) Canting and Yawing correction
2. Mandible :
1) Setback ; Rt 10mm, Lt 14mm

Positive overjet을 갖는 하악전돌증 환자

골격성 하악전돌증을 치아교정치료만으로 치료한 positive overjet을 갖는camouflage 증례에서 환자가 심미적인 이유로 수술을 원하는 경우 또는 치성보상이 있는 경미한 하악전돌증 환자의 경우에 현재 환자의 교합을 그대로 유지한 채, 상기한 상악의 rotation setback을 이용한 양악회전수술을 통해 하안모의 전후방적 개선을 얻을 수 있다(증례 4).

1. Maxilla-posterior impaction 4.5mm (at U6)
2. Mandible-setback Rt 2mm, Lt 3mm
